The Exchange Hotel is nestled in the beautiful suburb of Hamilton in Newcastle. It was built in 1880 and originally called The Miners Exchange. Located on the corner of Denison and Tudor streets in Hamilton, The Exchange has been a favourite with Novocastrians for many, many, years. Late 2016 saw a renovation of this beautiful historic hotel. This resulted a complete revamp of its upstairs function areas, which have their own veranda, smoking area, bars and toilets. They are open for Lunch and Dinner seven days a week, On Friday and Saturday Nights they focus on providing some of the best local bands and DJs.
